On June 18 Cuervo Appraisers Inc. (CAI) held a seminar on Professionalism and Competency in Real Estate Valuation conducted by Engr. Hernando E. Gozon, Jr.
CAI staff from the Real Estate Department, Plant, Machinery & Equipment Department and Marketing and Project Management Department attended the seminar.
The focus was on some essential Principles in Property Appraisal. The seminar was held in CAI office in Manila and colleagues in Davao and Cebu attended via Zoom.
