Institute of Philippine Real Estate Appraisers (IPREA) Oath Taking at the Department of Finance

The officers of the Institute of Philippine Real Estate Appraisers (IPREA) took their oaths on February 12, 2025 at the Department of Finance.

They were sworn in by the Secretary of Finance, Ralph G. Recto. IPREA is under the leadership of its president, Atty. Teodoro Kalaw IV.

Activities of IPREA for the year include a Real Estate Appraisal Review Class, Quarterly Fellowships, the Annual General Assembly and the National Convention.

Several Cuervo Appraisers leaders hold key positions in IPREA:

  1. Ms. Liberty S. Año  – Senior Vice President; Chair of Practice Development and Capability Building
  2. Engr. Ronillo G. Catapang – Vice President for the Professional Practice
  3. Engr. Angelo V. San Antonio – Assistant Vice President for Education
  4. Engr. Emmanuel P. Legaspi – Assistant Vice President for professional Practice
  5. Engr. Carmela P. Torbela – Assistant Vice President for Fellowship
