In the Picture: Cuervo Appraisers, Inc. Vice President and General Manager Liberty Santiago-Año attended a two-day intensive Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) seminar on the Right-of-Way-Act (Republic Act 10752) and the new Right-of-Way Acquisition Manual (DRAM) held on February 7-8, 2018 at the Diamond Hotel, Manila. The event was organized by the Research, Education, and Institutional Development (REID) Foundation in cooperation with the DPWH and supported by the University of Asia and the Pacific-Strategic Business Economic Program (UA&P-SBEP). The seminar aimed to familiarize contractors, lawyers and others who work with the DPWH about ROW issues. Cuervo Appraisers has been in the business of providing asset valuation solutions for companies across all industries for 37 years. It has completed appraisals for right-of-way and easement acquisitions ranging from simple strip easements to complicated partial takings.
