On January 28 Cuervo Appraisers Inc. (CAI) held a workshop on Brewed Coffee conducted by Jonathan L. Taño, Property Valuation Officer II from the Real Estate Department. The workshop was attended by many members of the CAI family.
Basic brewing methods and the theory behind brewing coffee (grind size, water temperature, brew time etc.) were covered. The aim was to broaden the participants’ knowledge of coffee by experiencing different types and aromas. Participants learned new tips, tricks and techniques to elevate their coffee experience.
